POSTC is led by its President, Prof. Thessa. She leads a group of consultants and experts who are educators and industry practitioners. She is also a SCORE Trainer of the Global program developed by ILO. Under her leadership, she is one of the Accredited Resource Persons for the Philippine Trade Training Center/ Department of Trade and Industry Global MSME Academy.
